Mark J. Savant, M.D.
“I’m not the family doctor. I’m the doctor in your family.” Dr. Savant is a San Francisco native. He received his bachelor’s degree in classics from College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts prior to completing his MD at the Medical College of Wisconsin. During his internal medicine residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, he was given the “Grace Under Fire” award by the Emergency Department. Later, when he taught at Columbia University’s Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, medical students singled him out as an excellent clinical teacher and role model. In 2001, Dr. Savant started the Savant Medical Group, a general practice based in San Francisco, while also active on the medical staff of two prestigious hospitals in San Francisco: St. Mary’s Medical Center and St. Francis Memorial Hospital. He has also served as chair of the Asian Physician Advisory Committee (APAC), and has been named a Top Performing Physician for Hill Physicians Medical Group four years in a row. Savant Wellness is Dr. Savant’s private concierge practice.
Gene Kim, MD
Gene Kim, MD is a primary care specialist. Dr. Kim is a native of Southern California and has lived in Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco. He was the resident of the year at St. Mary’s Medical Center in 2007 and served as the Chief Resident from 2007-2008. He worked at the Sister Mary Phillipa Health Center for the underserved from 2004-2009. Dr. Kim enjoys medicine the most when he and his patients can make educated decisions based on current guidelines and research to fit an individual patient’s needs and preferences. He also enjoys being part of the University of San Francisco Athletics medical team, baseball, basketball, and golf.
Edna Yee FNP
I am board certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated from the University of California San Francisco with a degree specializing in family medicine with sub-specialties in women’s health and chronic diseases. I have a passion for working with diverse populations with experience both in the private practice setting and public institutions including nearly a decade with the Department of Public Health San Francisco. Aside from my clinical work, I enjoy being a clinical preceptor for UCSF FNP students but more importantly I enjoy being a student of my patients. After 2 decades in this career, I still love what I do and feel fortunate to wake up everyday excited to go to work. The relationships I have had the privilege to form with my patients are invaluable.

James P. Hansen, MD
James Hansen, MD is an Internal Medicine Specialist. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He likes to run and hike throughout the Bay Area.
